ROLE: Sales Support (WB) REPORTS TO: Team Head LOCATION: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES: - Provide sales and credit support to the team, including Financial Statements Spreading, Draft Score Card, call report, short review etc. - Manage loan business and cash management prospects from existing customers and industry data sources, including prepare account opening and credit documents, follow SCC issuance or deficiency report. - Draft eKYC and collecting documents from customer. - Assit customer to apply for Lending IC-Card. - Credit Documentation Management. - Follow any Excess or Passdue case. - Establish and maintain customer contacts, stay close to customers and become main contact person for business activities. - Help the team in driving business and communicating appropriate solutions with customers. - Assist RMs to plan customer contacts and sales activities. - Responsible for the team reporting and daily administrative routine. - Work with colleagues to resolve customer incidents. - Work closely with RMs, Product, Service and Solution Delivery to deliver high quality service. - Provide feedback to RMs on customer needs and market trends. - Identify opportunities for cross selling and referrals. - Booking Air Tickets and Hotel for sales person. - Any others tasks may assigned by Units Head or Sales Support Team Leader. SELECTION CRITERIA: - University degree major in finance /accounting/English /International trade / business - Preferrably familiar with the SCB's operation procedure and system. - Adequate knowledge on Financial Statement structure and content. - Committed and motivated. - Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with all levels in an organisation. - Strong customer and service oriented, willing to work under pressure. - Willing to learn more skills and grow to an - Strong communication skills. - Excellent PC skills and fluent oral and written English.
